The author of Easy English Grammar book, B. S. VALSALA NAIR , has put in 35 years of experience as a teacher and 5 years as a Principal in various Kendriya Vidyalayas across the country. She was honored with the ' Best teacher award'

in 2008 by the Ministry of HRD, NEW DELHI.

She retired as the principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya , Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. She has authored 10 books on English Grammar and spoken English.
